For Unity users, I made a drag-and-drop file with a very simple movement script. Includes both Dipper and Mabel. Keep in mind that they're still super simple models, and don't have many animations.
Before adding the folder to your Unity project: install Cinemachine and the new InputSystem (you can skip those if you're familiar enough with C# to change the movement script). The ground must be on a layer named "Ground".
After adding the folder, drop one of the prefabs (called Dipper-prefab and Mabel-prefab) into your scene.

Just keep in mind that it's a WIP - if you're using an engine that doesn't require you to do any changes to this file (like Unity or Unreal), you can very easily switch it out later when I upload updated versions.

EDIT: Some extra info: The hat can be removed. The hair is animated to not poke out of the hat. Simply animate the hair back to normal place if you remove it.
The vest can also be removed, but that has to be done in a 3d program, and the arms needs to be animated closer to the body.
Face, eyelids, tongue and teeth are rigged, but have few or no animations at the moment (so you can animate them directly in Unity and some other game engines).


Very early work in progress! I've only used a few hours working on this model and the animations, so it will be updated. You can play an outdated version here.

Wasn't gonna make this available before it was much closer to finished, but my PC hasn't been cooperative the last month, and I will need a lot of time to get a new one. Wanted to upload other assets as well, but I think the usability of the current files will only piss people off, so they'll be up for download later.

I've only tested this model and the animations in Unity 4 and 5, and Unreal 4. The first five screenshots are from Unity 5, and the shader is made using this toon shader generator.  The screenshot to the right is from Unreal 4.

Zip file includes:

.max and .fbx files (with all animations)
.xaf file (all animations)
One 1024x1024 texture (.png)
Gimp file with UV layer
One text file with animation info (frames and speed) + very quick info about the files.

Model and animation info:

Model: 5 828 polys, 11 014 tris, 5 820 verts.
Texture: One 1024x1024 png
7 usable animations: Idle, Idle (nervous), Idle special (nervous), Run, Jump, Fall, Land.


Character is from the TV-series Gravity Falls.

That is really difficult to say. Adding features has been going fairly fast lately, but I have a ton of work to do with the map and models. I'll most likely make the game downloadable long before I've finished all the buildings. I wouldn't expect any "big" updates until late this year, and then it'll still be far from finished.
On top of that, I don't have any real plans I just do what I want.

I have 3ds max but I'm more comfortable with Maya do you know if the .max files will work in maya?

Thank you SOOOO MUCH! I found models ported from that online racing game from disney, and I was looking for models from Gravity Falls to port over to the Source Engine for use in Garry's Mod (.mdl) and those were the only models I could find, I've seen yours before but you didn't release those so I just gave you respect and didn't ask.  
Could I possibly port these over? I always give FULL credit to sources. 

Also, does this model include bone/skeleton rigging? (I don't know why i'm asking this because Valve's Source Engine has a different model skeleton rigging format, but I thought about it and noticed I could possibly use the one in the model and perfect it to work on Source)

Use it however you want! It'd be great if you link back here so others can get it as well.
I used the bones system in 3ds Max + point helpers. So they're included in the 3ds Max file, but while they're visible in the fbx file, I don't have enough experience with that filetype to know how it works there.
Please keep in mind that everything was made really quickly for testing in Unity (the quality of the character models and animations aren't my first priority at the moment), so I will post updated versions in the future.

More characters are on the way, but it will take time. Except from Gompers who's almost "done" - just waiting for a new PC so I can finish the last pieces and upload it.

Ah, Alright! Source Engine modelling is actually really easy if you have the modelling programs best for it and the plugins and conversion tools, lol

I'll take a look at one of the Half Life 2 Citizen/Rebel model and use the bones from there.

If she lets us use these then i'll rig the model to make it compatible with source engine's model formats and bone rigging templates and not just for Gmod but for SFM

Would be awesome if you could do that! I've never used Source or Gmod, so it'd take too long for me to do it. You might wanna look through the model first though - it's still a very early version, so there's tons of room for improvements, and it'll take a long time before I get the chance to improve it.

It would be awesome if we can use these awesome models !
I found models from Garry's mod but... I don't like them so much, lol.
But they are the only models that I can use for SFM.

Yeah Source has different bone layouts so possibly the whole thing has to be re-done, or I could just tweak it a little and keep the model size the same but make it compatible
