I quite like the hair. I can never draw hair like that. LOL You're really good at porportions too!!! >__< I think all you need to work on is producing cleaner/stronger lines. I have trouble with that too. X3
(Funny story, someone had actually asked me to draw a picture of her before Christmas and I couldn't do it!! I find it ironic I stumbled upon this.)

This looks awesome, I could tell who it was without reading teh title. c: You did a good job on the face especially, and I like the hair too. Maybe you could add a little more detail to the hair, though. Other than that it's great!
