This looks pretty damned good to me. I really like the shine on her lips and the shadows on her neck. Her eye also looks very realistic and alive. I also see that you're working more with colour theory.
Maybe you could some more scuffs /metal textures to the dog tags along with a little more shadow at the bottom. Also little more lighting to the right (out right) side of her head might look nice. Those are really the only critiques that I have at the moment.
You have really been improving with each new piece that you submit. Great work. : )
