Truly, there's something about a moral villian that makes you wonder, Why? This isn't your typical 'I'd rather be a super-terrorist than a bus driver' spiel. What drove her to this?
I suppose that very question is why she continues to lurk.

There really is. Carmen in particular makes me wonder. There's a magnetism about her that somehow draws loyalty - it's plain that the majority of VILE villains aren't in the business for the paycheck alone: they really believe in her. She's the enigma to end 'em all, which is why we all love her so.
