I just wish that the entire Anime Arc was all just a dream... just so that Meggy can still be an Inkling and Desti would still be alive...

But Inkling Meggy still being around is more important to me...

Desti, may she Rest In Peace... but everybody is forgetting what I’ve been mourning more and more.

Human Meggy’s existence has driven me into a nearly-depressed state, and before you say “It’s just a character”... Meggy is more than that.

I grew with her. When she was an Inkling, Meggy was a badass character I can relate to. No matter how cool you can be, you can screw up a few times (losing Splatfest, suffering through anime, getting arrested, etc.), but that’s alright. Because you might achieve your dream someday.

But when Human Meggy came around, almost all of her relatable flaws were gone, she was more of an asshole, her uniqueness and standing out from the whole cast was completely thrown out the window, and I refused to watch SMG4 with that imposter in the way.

I’ve been wishing for her return, but when Meggy’s Destiny came around, when I expected Meggy to change back... she didn’t... and now I feel more depressed.

Like, who else can I relate to? Tari? No, I’m not very good at all kinds of games. Saiko? No, she’s way too creepy and anime-like. Mario? He’s too fucking retarded and is mainly there to be a comic relief (that’s being way too overused at this point).

Inkling Meggy was badass, super adorable, and as I said, very relatable to people around her... unknown age. I was looking forward to her first win at something successful... but that human bitch stole the spotlight.

I’ve never felt the same after Meggy’s change...

As for your comic, the dream was nice... but that ending fucking hurt hard... like a reminder that this is what I’m dealing with now.

Sorry for going on a... bit of a long, sad rant... but anyways, that’s what I think about Human Meggy as a whole.

An imposter that could’ve been easily reverted, stealing the spotlight of someone much more worthy.

Hope any of you reading this will agree with me. I’ve seen too much hate comments about Inkling Meggy recently. Kinda feels like internet law that she has to be left forgotten, but I don’t wanna stand by it.

Hey MissionMemePossible. I have something to say to you. If Meggy doesn't remain and stay Inkling and Desti doesn't live after they do the Rewind Ritual, we're gonna be disappointed. Please have Meggy remain and stay Inkling and Desti lives. Please.
