Still needs a tongue but it's pretty much ready. I might add a more satin clear coat to put a little more "snake" into this. It's meant to hang on the wall...I like this, it's neat. One more sculpt commish scratched off the long list...whew...Related content

I have a deep passion for snakes, so seeing them in paintings and sculptures where they're not represented as evil creatures makes me squee

Beautiful!! It looks so real; I have a albino burmese and it looks almost just like her (just slightly different markings). The movement of the skins and details are just amazing. It really looks as if it was moving because the muslces lay just right. Truely beautiful work!

Wow! It looks so real! I'm attracted to this because I once sculpted a snake for a class project and, of course, it looked nowhere near as AMAZING as this. This has so much weight to it... it looks like if you touched it, it would squeeze just like a real snake. And not only that, but the color is incredible, spot-on. It looks exactly like an albino python, especially in the eyes.

*jaw hits the floor* ohmyword!!! that is amazing! it looks so real, and the detail is absolutely incredible. i love how the muscle tone came out and the scales look absolutely amazing. the paint job is just...wow! and i love the base, reminds me of it breaking out of an egg, or a cracked desert ground.
