For my Simpsons Fanart Book. Oh dear, this took me almost three weeks or something like that I really can't say how much work this single painting was!!!Ok, so here's one of my and my Dad's favourite bands playing in Springfield: The Who. We loved the episode "A Tale of two Springfields", a great story plus the Who...can't get any better than this
So, who do we have here? Of course Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey and John Entwistle playing on stage while getting their cool show interrupted by Homer. Then in the audience there's Moe (with a flaming Moe/Homer), Marge and Maggie (probably the youngest fan of the band), Lenny and Carl, Barney (sadly won't remember the gig tomorrow), Otto (rockin'), Patty and Selma, Mr. Burns and Smithers (I'm pretty sure Monty's having the best view from there) and Skinner and Krabappel.

I wanted to add a few funny things with all the lighters...so I had to include the characters known for smoking. And that nuclear waste glowing-rod thingies do their job for a concert hahaha
Whenever I draw Simpsons or Futurama characters I have to focus on changing their eyes and hair into my own style, or otherwise they turn out to-show-accurate which I don't want!

Daran bin ich fast drei Wochen gesessen. Naja, hab's so gemalt und koloriert, wie ich es immer mache (am Macbook mit meinem Wacom Cintiq und Digipen), aber in vielen kleinen Sitzungen.

Thank you! Oh well, I might let it print for my parents, as they want to have it on the wall in their living-room, but I sadly can't sell prints on the internet. Due to copyrights and stuff. Same goes for my book, it will be a PDF for fans to enjoy for free. A physical copy will be for my parents and two friends only. I don't want to get into trouble for selling fanart
