Description
This was another picture that I was just doodling on an impulse and ended up looking better than expected!
Well, it's definitely not my best, for sure, but I felt like drawing him for some random reason. I thought the color sheme worked out nicely on this!

I think you should've worked better on the background, it looks dirty.
I do like his hair and the coat, it seems like you've worked with oil pastels, it has a nice texture the draw

My scanner despises me and the paper I used and won't pick up the light gray tones I used for some reason. The background looked so lovely in the original... it was a pattern of randomly scattered nobody emblems and "x" shapes that gradiated into a subtle color wash. Oh, and it actually wasn't oil pastel, it's all copic sketch! The paper I was using can get some lovely, watercolor/oil paint-like results with copics.

I think that the semi-translucency of the paper might be a comtributing factor.

I was thinking that it wasn't my best because of some of the proportions got messed up in the inking process, not to mention it looked horrid in the pencil rough sketch. It looked way better once I colored it, though! Thank you for the nice comment! Glad you like the picture!
