"Greetings.. and uh.. salutations I suppose..Look, just don't go causing any funny business, I get enough of that already from the rookies, just mind yourself and there won't be any trouble."Ahhhh ; u ; I finally got to designing a legit lightning person, and ah what better person to design than the captain of the guard!
Name: Traebane Verakis
Age: 23
Race: Greater Lighting person.
Height: 6'6''
Weight: 250 lbs
Occupation: Captain of the royal guard.
Personality: He appears to be a cold and stoic individual nearly all the time, due to the fact he takes his position very seriously. He's been called a grump on several occasions but thats because he has to deal with rookies, and his king's antics (when favo isn't busy with him). Though he's a pretty nice guy once he's comfortable around you, though he might treat you like one of his rookies occasionally and smack you behind the head if you do/say something stupid.
Thats all I have on him for right now, hnng more when development hits him.
Rp is open ish, but be mindful about it, not just "Hello!"

Shield: *after ensuring the prince she escorted has reached his destination safely, she walked out of the room to allow the royals have their meeting in peace. looking around to find a place to stand in guard, she noticed someone in the hallway* I hope you don't mind if I stand over there sir *calmly pointed at a spot across from the door to the royal room*

Trae: -He had been standing in that spot for a while now, and when he was addressed he rose a crooked brow and nodded, shifting a little bit in his spot- Of course..-he sighed a little bit and casually rested his hand over his hilt looking about the corridor quietly-

Shield: Thank you.. *silently nods as she took her place and looked around the opposite end. She stood silent for awhile, then took a few quick glances at him*

Trae: -he stands there quiet as a statue save for his soft breathing before sharply turning his head to her and raising a crooked eyebrow- What?

Shield: Nothing sir *a bit startled yet kept a firm composure, keeping her hands behind her back* it's just...your uniform. It's different from the usuals I've seen from other lightning guards here...are you in a different rank?

Trae: I am Captain Of the Royal Guard. -he crosses his arms over his chest- The ones you see usually are rookies..I am to assume that since you are here you are a high ranking guard as well?

Trae: -turning around to see who was addressing him he noted she was royalty and gave her a quick bow before straightening up- You're in the main corridor, m'lady. if you continue on you'll be in the main atrium where the king should be..

A much younger Karona, maybe 11 or 12, is walking around the exterior wall o the kingdom. Every so often, she'll find a stone and see if she can loosen it, but with no luck. Eventually, she comes in line of sight of the Captain o the Guard

Having been about on his duties he had spotted the oddball trailing about the wall, watching her try to pull stones loose. He raised a sharp eyebrow at this and decided to approach her, looking down at her from his height "What are you doing?"

she was startled by the man over two feet taller than her. She pressed her back up against the wall, hitting her longer curved antler on one of the stones by accident. She winced a bit from the shock, but recovered quickly and looked up at him, now full of confidence
I'm trying to climb the wall. You see, it's easier to get a good look from way up there, but I can't exactly fly, despite being part bird. Kind of useless, having feathers but no wings.

Raising a sharp eyebrow once more he looked up at the wall then back down at her "I don't see why you would find the necessity to climb the wall... theres a gate not too far from here..."

Well, I didn't know that when I first started, although I probably should have guessed that, shouldn't I? Most Kingdoms have a gate, I guess.
she takes her bag off her back and searches through it
Do I need identification to get in? My kingdom always needs it, the counsel is so overprotective after those fire demons got in and torched half of the tree...
She finds what she's looking for, a squarish limestone pendant on a long gold chain. There's a symbol on the back of it, carved jerkily by a child's hand. She holds it up to him, expecting him to take it

Mine: *Mine looks up at the tall man before her. Six foot six? that as a full foot and a half taller than she was, thats for sure. Unfortunately, she was used to the height difference. she cleared her throat in the hopes of getting his attention* ahem, sir?

Do you know the whereaouts of the one they call 'Thunder Bird'? *Adjusts her glasses to get a better look at Trae. Her glasses are glaring in the sunlight- causing her to make a slightly agitated sound*

Mine: Ah, interesting. It reminds me that I must send the castle guards to the tailor when I return home... *looks up, examining the castle, as if taking in every detail* How elegant. It reminds me of the design of the aviary wing at the Radantia. *she says this mostly to herself as she reaches into her satchel, searching for something as she follows alongside*

i love the usage of color in this,my fave part of his design would have to be his hair its interesting to look at,his outfit is rather interesting to,not to much and not to little. ))

Oh well thank you! I was pretty sketchy on the coloring but I'm glad its at least appealing. And thank you! I always thought like a lighting person's hair would float a little bit because of the electricity and such.
