Description
Jetstream is my oc's version of Water Hazard. This DNA sample's transformation is a bit more rugged and has bigger barnacles, becoming more like spikes and canons. With these bigger barnacles Jetstream can shoot water at speeds to make it cut through steel. This version also has some extra barnacles placed around its ankles and back, used for lifitng itself of the ground similar to a jetpack. By having these barnacles on the feet and back, Jetstream can still shoot and aim his beams of water with his free hands. Apart from this water manipulation, Jetstream can also breath under water and overall has a thick armor like exoskeleton.

The name is a mix of Jet, like the jetpack he wears on his back, and Stream, like a water stream.
