Oh yeah, for something like this you wouldn't want to use scissors so much. If you can get your hands on an x-acto knife and a good cutting surface then that's the way to do it.

Probably. You may be able to get them at a regular store too but I don't know. Probably not ones specific to art though. You'd be better off going to an art store I think.
