This is so amazing. I love the detail and the flow from one end to the other. I've always been partial to vertical landscapes because they feel like they have so much impact! It's comparable to a panorama shot in a movie I guess.

Well, it's hard to make zooming transitions without the usual borders. That's why I added the grass and stuff to the bottom part. And I wanted to elongate the fall and still not make the picture too high, so I had to zoom out the first part. Which in turn makes the lake look larger, plus you don't have to pay that much attention to the background details.
It's pretty interesting when you think about the fact that I do it vertically because it's good for tumblr's page format...

Haha, I didn't even think about any technical reasons for the format. I just like the aesthetic of the format. It came out wonderfully!
