He's in dots! YAY! This took me awhile to make because (as you can see) it's made entirely from dots! I love how this turned out! It's a great style that's fun, I'd recomend it.Related content

How exactly did you make this? It is markers or computer or what?

I drew the outlines on paper, and then used markers to color it with dots, then scanned it.

I actually started watching Keroro on Youtube a week ago. It's amazing! But it's only good in Japanese. The English version sucks.
