I know it's getting close to Halloween, but I had this idea ever since the original pic was first posted months ago. It occurred to me that the "mask" should be a little translucent; maybe a revision will be coming...Thanks to *TrollKidsStock for the original photo ...

I didn't really answer the question -- it took about an hour. Once it finally sank in that I should use layers instead of doing all the work on the background layer, all my manips have taken less time.
