Commissioned by featuring a scene from his FO:E fic Wasteland Economics, which can be read here: www.fimfiction.net/story/16307…While rooting through a ruined home, Alloy Shaper comes across an unfinished painting from the time the bombs fell. What she sees in it, combined with the stresses of the Wasteland catching up with her, drives Alloy to tears. Her friend Grit is there to comfort her.

You shouldn't save your images as JPGs. JPGs degrade the quality of images to get smaller file sizes. Your artwork would look better if you saved it as PNGs. And resaving a JPG as a PNG doesn't reverse it; it has to be saved as a PNG from the beginning. Also, they don't scale up or down very well.

You art too hard man, it's so beautiful! Great expressions to tell the story and I love how the light from the window feels like safety but also causes such dark shadows for the protagonists, yet it also gives the dim light of hope to go along with this, a literal silver lining, they might be breaking down but we also know they'll soon be lifted up.

Every pony has a breaking point in the Wastes... Either by the Wasteland itself or by the reminders of what had once been and so easily lost.
I really like your play with shading and light sources in this one. Along with that perspective, although it's a still image it got a sense of dynamic that way. And of course that raw emotion going on in the middle of it all.
