Description
11" x 14" on bristol.Well here is my newest crazy brain drawing, I find I get into a really nice meditative state when I am working on things like this, a true zen activity.
As you can see my square is not very solid but moreso the fractal likeness of a square this for me represents the unreal nature of the physical world. Also purple and green is one of my favorite color combos!
Thanks for looking, comments are encouraged.
"The Square
The Square represents the ‘Earth’ as opposed to the circle of the heavens. Earthly existence, static perfection, immutability, integration, God manifest in creation, and the totality of the Godhead. – three sides being it’s threefold aspect and the fourth side representing totality.
The symbol of the square also denotes, honesty, straightforwardness, stability, integrity and morality and the four sacred elements, earth – air – fire – water.
The square represents limitation and therefore form and order within the universe.
In sacred architecture, the square symbolises transcendent knowledge: the archetype controlling all works. In sacred buildings such as Temples or Churches it represents the mystical union of the four elements and the attainment of unity in the return to primordial simplicity."

This one blew my mind man, I love the description that goes with it too. I've been thinking about doing the same with my drawings.

Thanks so much buddy! I really enjoy doing these except the process drains my markers really hard, and I am in a place where I am so many hundred kms away from the nearest art supply place. I have actually just run out of my favorite paper so a trip is in order for sure.
