YES! I finally managed to upload the final page of my comic adaption of one of my fav scenes from the end of Ranger's Apprentice book 3 the Icebound Land by John Flanagan. Has anyone else been having trouble adding deviations lately? Maybe it's just my computer... Anyways, this was actually done quite a while ago but the computer crashed so it was several weeks before I could scan and edit this. Thanks for your patience anyone who's been following this little project of mine. ^_^*Spoiler Alert*
This is when Evanlyn has just returned to the cabin after seeing someone scary sneaking around in the wood. That's why she's all frightened when she first runs in. Then she sees Will and he's acting normally so she gets really happy, etc, etc. Seriously, if you haven't read the books, go read them now. :3)

By far one of my favorite books. I love John Flanagan's twist on the medieval hero. Have you read Sorcerer of the north? Anyways Epic read, love the pages I've wanted to make something like this myself but I have an even shorter attention span.

*chuckles* one of my friends had the copy, so my other friend and i would NOT stop begging her to let us borrow it. In the end, my other friend borrowed it from the library, and then I borrowed it off her.

Well, I wasn't really planning on it. It's the end of the scene after all, but I have been considering making comic versions of various book scenes... Whether or not I'll actually do it is something else entirely... O_o I'm not good at finishing things. lol

Well, um...Ranger's Apprentice is about an orphan boy named Will who goes into training to become a Ranger which is sort of like a medieval secret agent almost. He and his mentor Halt (yes, his name is actually Halt) go on a bunch of adventures during Will's training like saving the kingdom from monsters or invaders and the such. It's a great read. You should definitely give it a go.

^_^ It's not tough to get. Unfortunately, some stores like to put it in the children's section. Don't know why. It's pretty violent for elementary schoolers.
