that one was a for a contest in my city Cali Colombia, to commeborate the 80th aniversary of TINTIN, The charater created by Herge.The topic contest was TINTIN in cali, so you had put him on a tipical place from my city, well i decided take a popular call it "The park of the dog" in this places the people get their dogs for walk arrond there, and like TINTIN allways go to every where whit his great broth MILÚ as a matter afact this park was the better place for be toguether

Herge died over twenty years ago, and most of the Tintin comics made after that aren't official.
