Bug fixes

Theme includes:

Custom wallpaper

Custom start button

Custom explorer frames

Custom logon background

Custom metro cursors

Custom Windows 8 sound scheme (new!)

Fully styled explorer shell ui

All necessary customization tools

Basic theme installation:

If you haven't already, patch your system with included 'UniversalThemePatcher'. (X86 for 32 bit systems, X64 for 64 bit systems)

Restart your computer (or logoff)

Copy 'premiere' folder to C:/WINDOWS/RESOURCES/THEMES

Double click the 'premiere' theme file to install the theme

Optional but seriously recommended:

Open up 'Extras' -> 'Explorer Frames' and double click 'InstallTakeOwnership' (you can run 'RemoveTakeOwership' afterwards if you want once we're done)

In the 'Explorer Frames' folder, open the appropriate 'xxBIT' folder for your computer and copy the folder(s) to C:/WINDOWS
^ you will need to right click and take ownership of the applicable files in C:/WINDOWS and rename them '_old' first if you get any permission errors

Open up 'Extras' -> 'Start button' and run 'Windows 7 Start Button Changer v 2.6' as administrator and click the start orb to change the image 'startbutton.bmp'

Open up 'Extras' -> 'Logon' and run 'TweaksLogon' to change the logon background image to 'PUREMINIMAL.jpg'

Restart your computer
