Description
I wanted to make my avatar a cute little doll-blinkie for the longest time, and Misty was the perfect subject (she's got a cool name too ;D)I love her hair, and all the sparkles -- those were really fun to make! I wish I could've made the pokeball do something, but I'm not that good at animating yet

**EDIT** The pokeball, it floats! It took a while, but I finally figured out how to do double animations (it involved 3 times the frames x_x) While I was at it I added a bit more shading to her outfit, but I doubt it's noticeable because the base is so small :3
