Hello:3 It's summer and, as always, I wanted to draw something warm and vacation- related

So here you have a water serpent dragon, with lots of glow coz why not

PS. My younger sister demanded I drew glowing jellyfish so I hope you'll spot all of them

(I finished it in one day, though in exchange I got to do nothing I had planned for that day earlier heh

Welp, guess it was worth it
