I created this tutorial ages ago but I never really had planned to do part 1 of it (Part 1: drawing the page traditionally first)
Here is an easy to understand instruction on how to digitally refine your first online Manga, at least how I did it when I first started out.
I use GIMP since it's free to use and downloaded free to use screen tones from the internet. You really don't need expensive stuff to start out.
Gee... My English was so bad then XD
If there's an interest for a part 1 though ->"how to pannel, draw and ink things" I might consider doing one for you guys.
