I found it strange that when Sieg recieved Siegfried's heart the former's appearance became more similar to the latter.This is just one of the theories I believe in Fate/Apocrypha, that Sieg's current appearance was how Siegfried looked like when he was a teenager. So in turn, if Sieg were to grow older, he'll look exactly like Siegfried. Also, since Siegfried is a teenager he doesn't have his glowing tatoo.
