Quick little Shifu drawing. There are a lot of things wrong with this, but oh well. Just wanted to get an idea out there.

I love this guy. Favorite character in Kung Fu Panda. No question. He reminds me of my master when I took Taekwondo as a kid. When I first saw Kung Fu Panda in theaters (which was an awesome experience, by the way; it got a tremendous reaction), I got super emotional at the end and was in tears during the moment Shifu was presumed dead ‘cause, man, I was reminded so much of my own master, whom I greatly love and respect, and I felt so guilty ‘cause my sister and I were one away from black and never finished the course…. Lol. All I wanted to do was make him proud (which we did). He’s a great guy. Every time I watch this movie I can’t help thinking about those classes and remembering how much fun we had and how great our teachers were. I miss martial arts….
