Phase 2 looks like a combination of a gremlin and the creature from the Black Lagoon.

That's sorta what I went for, cuz I don't like how "out there" the design was. I just couldn't picture a scenario in which a teletubby grows a fish head. So I drew it as if he re-grew his head while in the lake, thus mutating into a sea monster tubby instead of a full sea monster.
