Brilliant - I've just been reading Conan recently and I'll be picturing him this way as I read the rest.
I always loved the blue two face look - great job.
As for Leia...well what can I say....

Thanks. Conan is one of my favorite comics. Namely Savage Sword of Conan. It's a magazine sized comic and it's really great. There are now collected books of Savage Sword. If you've never read any, I highly reccommend it.
As for Leia...yeah...whatta babe. Is there anything sexier than that slave bikini...?...I think no.

There are a heck of a lot of stories in those collected. Well worth the money and they're all so good.. I'd encourage anyone to read those, my grandma, anyone.

Do you find reading a lot of comics helps to inspire you/your comic?
I know when I read a lot of comics I get all kinds of ideas, but then I stop reading them because I want do it on my own kinda. I guess I can't explain it right. I'd read alot of comics for ideas, but I quit because I don't want to bite off someone else too much. Then I go back and read more when I run outta juice.

I reckon they do in a way - My Eyes of the Gorgon comic came about through reading Blake and Mortimer.
I find my art style being influenced by artists from the strips I read - for example I reckon I've switched back to my black and white style from reading Brian Bolland and Cliff Robertson's Judge Dredd strips with a little Batman Black, White and Red thrown in.
My designs for characters are mainly inspired by how cool they'd look in "Choose your Fighter" screens if they were in a video game.
I used to draw peoples RPG characters and so I get a lot of inspiration from things like that too

That's a great way to create a character, by how cool they'd look on the choose your fighter screen. I like that idea.

Thank you. There was a day or 2 where I really got into a great groove. It was like when Michael Jordan talks about being in the zone. I felt like I could do no wrong.
