Really cool, though I'd get rid of the white crotch area. It adds too much "generic super hero outfit" vibe
Maybe exaggerate the shoulder pads more to give her a more distinct silhouette

I imagine her wearing a white 1-piece swimsuit sort of thing under the jacket. So it's not just a crotch area, that's just what's visible outside the jacket.
think of the old Rogue costume where she has the green 1-piece with black sleeves and leggings.
