"The Smiler is replacing your memories with its own"- The Gatekeeper (2013 Fireworks).
I imagined Ino eating peoples Alton Towers memories in the form of food, like the dream eating baku does. She then replaces the food with her own Ministry of Joy brand, leaving no evidence that the originals existed.
You dont need anyone else - you only need the smiler.
Duel Cake and Nemesis Soup... sounds nice.
This took quite awhile and many repeats of the Heathers soundtrack.
