Can see some vector-based methods used in deploying the colors and the logo. It's clean-shaven...

I used Adobe Illustrator for the inked line-art and Photoshop for the coloring.
You should see the sheer clarity of it when in high-res.

That's because I work too slow or usually just damn too depressed to do anything.
Usually someone comes up to me and wallop me on the head with a bagful of Creativeness and yell, "HEY! I've got an awesome character design here. DRAW! NOW!".
Thankfully, that happened.
