Both of them would be considered to her mother due to the fact that robots, by nature, cannot have gametes(sex cells, A.K.A Sperm cells and egg cells.) Robots can be designed to be a gender but are naturally genderless. It's possible that Misty's race is biologically advanced enough to mate with robots of either gender, creating a sperm cell from Jenny, using data from her motherboard as a replacement for chromosomes.
This instantly disproves any of those idiots calling Jenny a hermaphrodite without looking at the physical impossibilities surrounding this situation.
