King Chronos: “Our time is running out! We have to find Grima´s vessel or else….our children….Emmeryn…Chrom…Lissa… everyone has to suffer! Therefore I have to lie to to them, to our country and every single person I love. I will save them! No matter what it costs!”
I always wondered why Chrom´s father (I called him Chronos) attacked Plegia soooo I made up a story for him
King Chronos once got a visit from Naga who warned him, that Grima is still in this world and that his vessel has to be slain, otherwise Grima will awaken and bring chaos and death.
She showed him what would happen to his family and people if Grima was awakened so he tried to find him. He found out, that the vessel is in Plegia, but narrating with them was impossible, because no one believed him and of course no one would let their child get slain.
The king got really devasted, because no one believed him although he just tried to save them. Around that time he started a war with Plegia to get the vessel with force and soon the people began to call him “mad king”.
Years passed and the King was hated by everyone even his children which lead him into madness and darkness. The king lost his life in battle through a young man, who would one day get the same title as King Chronos:
