While it doesn't look exactly like running, it does look like her leaping away at like, a spider on the floor, or starting to run away from something. I think the main thing that makes it look stiff is that usually people are looking at whatever they are running towards rather than what they are running away from, the spine is too forwards, and also the legs don't go that high in a normal run. But if you were trying to make it look like the beginning of a sprint, I would say the picture is just fine. You could make it more clear by adding a bg or at least a running-away-from or running-towards object.
