a person wanted me to do this hahahere we are, the steps i usually went through when doing my work
1 - raw sketch, done with marker tool
2 - lineart with ink pen tool
3 - base color
4 - shade
5 - highlights
6 - shitty effects/backgrounds
i wanted to include texts and write in details, but then i realize this is just a merely an implication of other great SAI tutorials out there :V

Just clip a new layer and set the mode to Luminosity on whatever layer you're trying to add the light effect, and paint away~
one thing I learn is that to never to put excessive light effects or it'll look weird haha

I see. Did you air brush a large part of it, as most of the hair is brighter?
