My favorite thing to do is hold up soldiers with a water pistol then beat them up and send them trough a wormhole to mother base (The wormhole is the highest upgrade)

yeah there are a number of od upgrades that are there to reference older games kojima made; if you capture a spotted Jackal called Anubis you get the worm-hole and if you cacth a bird called Jehuty you get a special arm that can grab soldiers forma Β distance and pull them to you, these are in reference to the main robots in the 'Zone of Enders' series Kojima worked on ages ago.
