Male ♂ Tooth Fairy/Reader - Misplaced
(Toothiana - Tooth) (Jack Frost - Jackie Frost)

(The little girl named Olivia in this is inspired by my cockatoo named Olivia.)

♥------♥------♥

"(Y/n)!" The high-pitched voice of the little blonde haired girl you were babysitting yelled out loudly for you. You pause from the magazine you were reading on the couch and glance over towards the bathroom that Olivia was walking out of.

"What's wrong, Olivia?" You ask the girl curiously. You notice her hand was in her mouth as she came over in front of you and opened her palm out to you. You look at her blue eyes curiously before looking down at her hand. There in her palm was a single small tooth that you assumed she had just lost.

"I lost my tooth! Now the Tooth Fairy is going to come visit me! YAY!" She exclaimed excitedly while taking your hand with her free hand and placing the tooth into your own hand. You tried not to make a disgusted face as her bloody tooth was now in your hand. You smile sheepishly as you look from the small tooth and back to Olivia. "Oh, um that's great! Is this your first tooth?"

"Uh, yeah! It kinda hurt when it came out but I'm okay now! Daddy said it would come out soon since it kept wiggling when I touched it! Mommy and Daddy aren't going to see my tooth though…" She said a little bit down in the dumps that her parents wouldn't be able to see her first tooth. Olivia quickly bounced back though as she ran around the couch screaming about the Tooth Fairy. You chuckled to yourself and had to remember the times when you were a little kid and you used to get so excited for the Tooth Fairy. Every time you lost your baby teeth when you were a child, you would leave it under your pillow with drawings that you drew just for the Tooth Fairy to see. Your drawings were always missing the next day you woke up and you were certain the Tooth Fairy had taken them. You smiled softly to yourself from the fond memories and wished that you could go back to those simpler times when magic and your childhood heroes were real. 'You think you want to know so badly if their real or not when you are a child but once you find out the truth…. It crushes you.' You think to yourself while watching Olivia run around hyperactively.

"Alright, kiddo. Let's settle down now! It's starting to get late so you know what that means."  You say to Olivia as you put the magazine to the side next to a sleeping cocker-spaniel that had been laying next to you on the couch. The curly blonde haired girl stops running and turns to look at you with crossed arms and a pout.

"But I don't wanna go to sleep, (Y/n)! I wanna see the Tooth Fairy!"

"Now you know you can't see the Tooth Fairy. You're supposed to be sleeping when the Tooth Fairy comes. If not the Tooth Fairy might not come to get your tooth!" You warned Olivia who gasped and shook her head repeatedly.

"I want the Tooth Fairy to come! I'll go to sleep! … Even if I don't want too." She said before charging past the couch and down the hall to her bedroom. You stand up from the couch and pat the cocker-spaniel on the side before walking off to Olivia's bedroom with her tooth still in your hand. Absentmindedly, you put the tooth in your pocket  as you go into Olivia's room. She was perched on her bed and swaying back and forth while holding her feet. She smiled at you and pointed over at a small bookshelf that was in her room. You glance over at the bookshelf and then back at her. "Can you read me a bedtime story before I go to sleep, (Y/n)?" She asked and you made a thoughtful expression before smirking at her and nodding your head.

"Well, I guess I can. What book do you want me to read?" You ask her and she quickly jumps off of her bed and goes stumbling over to her bookshelf. She knelt in front of it and put a finger to her chin in thought as she gazed at her many books that were all age appropriate. "Let's read this one!" She exclaimed happily as she pulled out a pink book that actually ironically was about teeth. You chuckle and walk over to sit on the side of her light pink Disney Princess styled bed. Olivia jumps back up from her spot on the ground with her book in hand and goes zooming back over to her bed. She landed on the bed belly first and then got into a sitting position. She hands you over the large book that was ever so creatively called 'The Tooth Book' by Dr. Seuss.

"Good choice! Now lay down and get comfortable, okay?" Olivia nodded her head and went to get under the blankets of her bed while laying her head back against her fluffy white pillows. You scoot in closer towards her and clear your throat to begin reading the book to Olivia. "The Tooth Book by Dr. Seuss…" You trailed off reading the cover to her before flipping to the first page of the book. Olivia watched you with big bright blue eyes as you began reading the book to her with hand motions and a dramatic voice that kids always got a kick out of. The book was quirky and rhymed as most all Dr. Seuss books do, it was a cute little book and you couldn't even make it fully through the book before Olivia had fallen asleep. She must had been much more tired than she let on.

"And never bite your dentist when he works inside your head. Your dentist is your teeth's best friend. Bite someone else instead!" You read the last page you could make it too until Olivia was completely in dreamworld. You pause from reading and look at her as her chest moved up and down slowly, alerting you that she was in fact asleep. You smile sweetly at Olivia and lean in and put a kiss on top of her forehead. Although, you were just working as a babysitter for some extra cash, you couldn't help but adore the little girl. She could be a hand full at times but most of the time she was as sweet as candy. Closing the book, you get up from her bed and go over and place the book back into her bookshelf. Before you walk out of the room, you smile at her again and whisper, "Sweet dreams."

Turning off the light, you close the door behind you and go back to the television and couch where you had been reading. You sit down next to the dog again and go to grab your magazine to read and watch Tv at the same time. With one hand you held the magazine and with your other you pet the sleeping dog. The peace and quiet was lulling you to sleep, you were pretty tired after a long day of taking care of Olivia. You still had to be there the whole night since her parents would be back tomorrow morning. Yawning to yourself, you eventually fall asleep on the couch by accident with the magazine still in your hand.

♥------♥------♥

Tooth flew to his next house that he would be collecting his next tooth from. Everything seemed like his normal routine, get in, take tooth, put down money, and then leave. It was as simple as that. Tooth fluttered to the window and began pulling it open, thankfully it was open which always made the job simpler. "Oh good, this should be nice an easy!" Tooth said to himself as he flew on inside a little girl's room whose name was Olivia. He fluttered over to the side of the sleeping child and smiled fondly down at her. 'They're so cute when their sleeping!' He mentally sighed in happiness before extending his hand out to push back the pillow just enough so he could nab the missing tooth. Reaching around, he stuck out his tongue slightly to the side as he concentrated on grabbing the tooth. He kept feeling around but for some reason he wasn't feeling it. 'It has to be there!' He thought a little frustrated. He tried reaching down under every pillow on the bed to make sure it wasn't under the wrong pillow. Still he came across nothing but the softness of the pillow, nothing was there. 'Oh dear, this isn't good. Its gotta be around her somewhere!' He pulled his hand back and watched as Olivia shifted in her sleep. It made him freeze for a second, afraid that he woke her up. Waiting a couple seconds in pure silence, she was still sleeping which meant he was safe. Tooth knew the missing tooth of Olivia's was around somewhere, he could sense it, yet somehow it didn't seem like it was actually even in the room.

'Oh no, did she forget to put it under her pillow? I guess, this means I better start looking.' The Tooth Fairy started scavenging around the room quietly looking for any possible signs of the tooth being around. The more he searched the more he began to feel discouraged. 'It can't be in here… I don't see it anywhere.' Tooth glanced over at the door and looked nervous. Should he try looking around the house really quick? Olivia was a single child in her family, there shouldn't be anyone to be able to actually see him other than her. Tooth didn't like the idea but it might be the only way to find the tooth. He flew over to the door and took one glance at Olivia before very slowly opening up the door to the hallway of the house. Tooth carefully closed the door behind him and when he did he let out a sigh of relief. "Okay, now time to find that little tricky tooth! Where are you little tooth?" Tooth Fairy said as he went down the hallway on a hunt. He went into a couple empty rooms and checked around but he wasn't sensing it or seeing it. "Darn it, this little tooth is good at hiding!" He exclaimed and began nervously looking around. He really needed that tooth. Flying out of the last room in the hallway, he went out into the living room that was not so dead silent like the other rooms. The television was still on which made Tooth wonder if someone was in the room with him.

Carefully, Tooth started looking that was until he finally noticed you on the couch with the sleeping dog. Tooth gasped quietly to himself and went to go fly over the couch to look down at you. You had the magazine now on your face as you lightly snored while you slept. Tooth examined you carefully and was feeling heavily like the tooth was close to you which confused him. 'This girl must have the tooth! I sense it on her! Oh no…' He thought in a panic and tried determining what he should do. He couldn't go rooting around you or he might wake you up! He wasn't even sure exactly where the tooth was on your person but he was positive it was on you. Tooth gulped and ran a hand through his head feathers as he pondered on how to deal with this. You weren't a child so that meant you wouldn't see him but you could still feel him if he was searching your person and if you felt things that you couldn't see, you'd freak out! 'Oh this is quite the predicament. Maybe, I should wake her up and see if she realizes she has the tooth on her… Oh, but what if she doesn't?' Tooth lowered his head and sighed. This was troublesome.

Tooth bit the bottom of his lip as he very slowly neared you with his hand extended forwards. He assumed the only place you could possibly be hiding the tooth was in your pocket. Tooth's fingers twitched as they got closer and closer down towards your pocket. The closer Tooth got the harder he bit down onto his lip. 'Come on, come on, just a little closer.' His hand went down into your pocket and Tooth was literally inches from your face. His fingertips graze the tooth but before he could snag it, you started to shift in your sleep. Tooth gasped loudly from surprise and snapped his hand back to his side. You shifted to your other side and the magazine fell off of your face. Tooth flinched thinking he woke you up but you did no such thing. When he heard you lightly snore again, he turned back to look at you. His sparkly magenta colored eyes widen at the sight of your face that was now revealed to him. For a moment, Tooth felt his heart inside his chest begin to pace faster as he looked upon you. You were absolutely gorgeous! What was your name!? How was your teeth?!  Tooth stared in a daze for a moment before coming back to reality with the shake of his head. 'She's so pretty! Why don't I remember her name? I bet she has the most dazzling smile.' Tooth thought and mentally sighed again. 'Oh, get your head together, Tooth! You have a job to be doing!' Tooth chided himself and once again he reached out towards your pocket. It wasn't until suddenly your cell phone started to chime from an incoming message when you woke up with a start. Tooth yelped and dove away behind the couch as you woke up and looked over at your phone drowsily.

"Stupid phone… Who's texting me at this time?" You grumble as you sit up and reach over to the side table where your phone was. You take it into your hands and look at the text to see it was from your mom asking you if you were alright. You rolled your eyes at your worry-wart of a mother and texted back that you were fine. Sighing and stretching out your muscles, you let out a small cute yawn that Tooth thought was adorable. Tooth keeps hiding behind the couch as you look around and see nothing askew, everything was as you left it. "Might as well check Olivia really quick." You say before getting up and stretching one more time. You start heading down towards the hall where Olivia's bedroom was located.

'That was close.' Tooth thought to himself as he watched you go down the hall. He flew up from behind the couch and went over to peek down the hall where you were. You were opening Olivia's door just enough so you could see her. She was sleeping peacefully with her nightlight that shined out shapes of stars on the walls and ceiling. You smiled softly and then closed the door back and went back down the hallway. Tooth pinned himself against the wall and watched as you walked past him. He didn't know why he was panicking so much, you probably couldn't even see him! You stand there staring at the television and decide to go make something to eat since you had only made dinner for Olivia and not yourself. Humming your favorite song to yourself, you head on over to the kitchen's refrigerator and bend down to open the freezer to see what they had for you to make. Tooth sees this as the perfect opportunity to get the tooth back, he flies over behind you as your bent down and reaches out towards your pocket. He was so close to getting it this time but once again you grabbed a microwave meal and turned around. Tooth this time was caught with his hand in the cookie jar or at least that is what he would have thought until you walked right through him like he wasn't even there to begin with.

Tooth shuddered at the feeling of having someone faze through you like that, even to this day he never could get used to it. It produced a very lonesome feeling inside. Tooth had no reason to hide now, he just floated there watching you read the instructions on the microwave meal before sticking it into the microwave to heat up. "Its not Chef Gordon Ramsey but it will do." You joke to yourself with a chuckle before leaning up against the wall and waiting for the food to finish heating up. You were staring straight through Tooth and completely unaware of him. He stared at you with sad eyes. As much as it was relief not to get caught, he really for some reason hated the fact you couldn't see him. You didn't believe in him… Tooth frowned and lowered his head, 'She's all grown up. What do you expect?' He thought to himself.  Once the food in the microwave dinged, you grinned and walked over and opened it up to grab your meal from the microwave. "Smells delicious!" You exclaimed and went to go grab some silverware before sitting back down on the couch and placing your meal down onto the coffee table in front of you. You rubbed your hands together and took your fork as you went to take your first bite of your little Tv dinner.

Tooth watched as you sat down and started eating and watching television. He had to find a way to get that tooth, it would be easier now knowing for sure you couldn't see him but you could still feel him if he's not careful. Tooth flies over in front of you and looks down to your pocket. He makes a determined face and leans in again to try and put his hand into your pocket without alerting you. His face was once again dangerously close to yours, his cheeks go red in embarrassment from being so close. Tooth tries to focus on getting the tooth rather than looking at your pretty (e/c) eyes. Tooth finally inserted his hand into your pocket and once again felt the tooth brush up against his fingertips. He leaned in a bit more until he finally grabbed onto it and made the mistake of pulling out too quickly. He jumped the same time you jumped from being startled by the feeling of something going though your pocket. You place your fork down and look off to the side of you to see what just happened. You swore you just felt the feeling of something in your pocket. "What the heck was that?" You muttered.

Furrowing your eyebrows, you thought you were imagining things. Tooth watches in a panic as you go looking for the source of the feeling you had just experienced. At least now he had the tooth in his safe hands. Glancing at the tooth and then back at you Tooth just stared as you looked around. He couldn't get over the fact how beautiful you were to him. It was driving him nuts that he couldn't think of your name. Tooth glanced down the hallway and thought about leaving now but something was nagging him to stay. 'I have other teeth to collect! I can't stay.' He tried to reason to himself in his mind but his body seemed to defy him as he didn't move an inch. Tooth fiddled with Olivia's tooth that was in his hand as he looked at you. You appeared to finally brush the feeling off as nothing as you went back to eating. Tooth Fairy was more bothered than he ever had been at the fact you didn't believe in him. Some part of him wanted you to believe in him and see him for who he was, that he wasn't just a childhood figment of imagination but very real.

Tooth sighed and placed Olivia's tooth into his bag of teeth before trying to think of a way for you to believe in him. Tooth looked around with his hand to his chin in thought. 'This is absolutely crazy of me but I just can't leave with her like this. I want her to know…' Tooth figured the best way was to try and gain your attention. He noticed that the refrigerator had magnets that had random letters sprawled on it. He could use those to communicate! Tooth smiled to himself and flew over towards your face, he poked your forehead and couldn't help but giggle at the reaction. Now he was purposely trying to get you to figure him out. You felt the feeling of something prodding you on the forehead which made you jump again with a sharp gasp. "That felt real! Something just touched my forehead!' You said as you try looking up at your forehead with a freaked out look on your face. Tooth smiled fondly at you and went over to the kitchen to start causing a ruckus to get you to come on over. He grabbed the pans in the sink and began rattling them against each other. Your head snapped over to the kitchen and you stared with wide frightened eyes.

Tooth wasn't exactly thrilled that he was scaring you as that is something Pitch Black would take delight in but he had to do it to get your attention. You stood up from the couch and just kept staring at the kitchen as you heard the pans rattling. "This house is freaking haunted!" You say as you continue to watch the pans with a horrified look. Tooth frowned that he wasn't getting you to come over so he continued his 'haunting' episode. Tooth opened the cabinets which to you looked like they were slamming open by themselves. You were literally shaking slightly and had just enough courage to go over and close to cabinets back up. "What is going on!? Is this Paranormal Activity!? Or am I being punked!?" You wondered out loud as you close the cabinets and watch them for a few seconds to make sure they didn't close back up. Seeing as they remained how they were, you turned around only to find that the refrigerator door was opened, letting the cool breeze out into the open air. You were now breathing heavily and cautiously walking over to close the door of the fridge. When you closed it, you let out a heavy but shaky sigh. "This is crazy…" You mummer and were about to turn away until you saw the colorful letters on the fridge begin to move.

Backing away, you stare at it mortified at what was happening. "This place is haunted! S-should I call the police!? N-no, they won't do anything! Crap!" You panicked until Tooth finished arranging the letter magnets into a sentence that said, "Believe in Tooth Fairy". Your eyes were wide as you read this sentence about a hundred times over and over again to yourself. "Believe in Tooth Fairy?" You finally repeated out loud. You were astonished as you saw these letters by themselves arrange into this sentence. Believe in Tooth Fairy… It ran through your head like a chanted mantra. This ghost was telling you to believe in the Tooth Fairy?! You had to be going absolutely insane! "The Tooth Fairy isn't real though!" You talk back to the 'ghost' that you thought was speaking to you. Tooth's shoulders slumped as you said he wasn't real, he really didn't like hearing that, especially coming from your lips. Tooth took the letters and kept only one word on the fridge, "believe".

You never thought in your life you would encounter a ghost let alone one that was telling you to believe in the Tooth Fairy. You shook your head and spoke up, "Why do you want me to believe in the Tooth Fairy!? Is this some kind of joke!?"

Tooth Fairy sighed, he didn't think this would be as tough as it was coming across to being. It was then he was realizing what he was doing was absolutely silly in the first place. You were a grown up, you didn't believe like children did. You would never believe, he had no chance. Tooth took the letters and spelled out one more thing before giving up. He spelt out the words, "try" and "believe" together.

"Try… Believe? Try to believe?" You said and then frowned. This ghost seemed really desperate to make you believe in the Tooth Fairy. You didn't know what to say, a part of you wanted to try but the adult part of you wanted to deny it all together. Then again, you were speaking to a ghost so all logic went out the window already. Taking a deep breath, you close your eyes and try to do what the ghost was asking of you. You tried to remember all the times when you were a child when you would get excited for the Tooth Fairy to come and take your missing baby teeth. You tried to remember all the good feelings that came from it and how much you longed to have that part of childhood back in your life. It almost seemed surreal to picture it all again and to believe in what was impossible. "I believe in the Tooth Fairy." You spoke up quietly. "I do… I believe in the Tooth Fairy." You said a little louder. You open your eyes back open and what you see about makes you have a heart attack.

You see what appeared to be a man that looked like a hummingbird! He had green, blue, and gold feathers and had the brightest unnatural sparkly magenta colored eyes that looked back at you. He appeared to be smiling sheepishly at you as he raises a hand and says, "Um, hi!"

You finally couldn't take this craziness anymore, you opened your mouth and screamed. Tooth sees this and panics as he rushes over and puts his hand over your mouth, "Shhh, its okay! I'm not going to hurt you! Just don't wake up Olivia! Shhh…" He tried hushing you as you screamed into his hand which came out muffled because of it. Your (e/c) eyes were large as you stared back at the flying feathered man in front of you. Who was this man!? You stop screaming and just stare at him with wide frightened eyes. "Okay, now when I let my hand go don't scream… We're friends here, we don't need to scream." He said before gradually taking his hand away from you mouth. You backed away from him and examined him from head to toe in total shock.

"Who are you!?" You ask in disbelief at what you were seeing. He smiles at you and runs a hand through his head feathers.

"Don't you know? I'm the Tooth Fairy but you can just call me Tooth!" He said and chuckled nervously as he watched your reaction closely. You gawk at him with disbelief still strung across your face. You kept looking him and up and down with your eyes and could hardly believe what you were seeing. The actual Tooth Fairy! And it was a he!? You always thought the Tooth Fairy was a she not a he! "You're … real?"

"Why, of course I am! I'm awfully sorry for scaring you so much but I had to get your attention somehow. But now you believe in me so you can see me!" He explained while you gawked at him.

"But you can't be- I mean… Wow…"

Tooth laughed airily at your bewilderment and then got the sudden urge to check your teeth. He flew in forwards and pried your mouth open with his hands. You freak out as he has your mouth open and basically stares at your teeth with a brilliant grin appearing on his face. "OH WOW! These teeth are so white! They're perfect! Oh my gosh! You're such a good girl for keeping your teeth so healthy and bright! They're beautiful!" Tooth babbled on about your teeth as you were basically flailing your arms and trying to pull your head back away from Tooth. You finally pull back enough and he lets go, making you almost fall backwards onto the ground. He gasps and grabs onto your arm before you actually fall down to the ground. "Whoa! Are you alright!?"

"To be honest, I'm just a bit overwhelmed!" You reply back as he helps stabilize you from tumbling over. He laughs nervously again and smiles at you.

"I'm very sorry! I know this must be quite the experience for you! Say, would you mind telling me your name?"

You try to get over the fact he had just assaulted your mouth with his hands and look at him quizzically as he asks your name. "My name is (Y/n) (L/n) and you're apparently the Tooth Fairy. Oh, I can't believe this is happening." You slap a hand onto the side of your face and slide it down. You were actually having a conversation with one of your childhood heroes, The Tooth Fairy, himself. This was all a little gratifying while at the same time baffling. It was then you remembered about Olivia losing her first baby tooth when you gasp and look at Tooth with wide eyes. "You were here to get Olivia's tooth weren't you!?"

Tooth swears he remembers your name from a long time ago but he wasn't completely sure. He nods his head enthusiastically a few times and turns a little to show you his bag of teeth he had with him. "Oh yes! Its in here with the rest of them!" He replied with smiled at you with closed eyes. You nod your head slowly and then glance in the direction of where Olivia's room was. "Wait a second… I don't even think I put the tooth under Olivia's pillow! How did you get it!?" You exclaim and look back at Tooth who blinks a few times and opens his mouth only to close it back.  "Well?" You inquire with a quirk of your eyebrow. He smiles nervously, which seemed to be a habit of his.

"Oh, about that… Well, it certainly took me a lot longer because the tooth wasn't under the pillow like it should be. So I had to find it and well it appeared that you had it in your pocket-" You cut him off as you reply in a deadpan kind of tone.

"… So you went into my pocket?"

Tooth rubs the back of his neck and nods his head anxiously, "Well yes, sorta… I did." Tooth said and couldn't help the blush that tinted his cheeks when he thought of being so close to your face and those gorgeous white teeth inside your mouth. Oh, how wondrous your teeth were!

You also blush, mainly from embarrassment that he had taken it upon himself to put his hand in your pocket. He would have had to have gotten really close to you to do that. You both were blushing and adverting your eyes away from one another that was until you spoke up after a moment of silence. "So you got the tooth. Why did you do what you did to make me believe in you?" You ask as you look back at him curiously. His blush deepened and he chuckled.

"Well… I did it because…- I uh well… I kinda didn't really like the fact you didn't believe in me. I mean- it gets kind of lonely when you are unseen by everyone except children. I can't really tell you why I wanted you to believe but I just had that feeling. Uh, I hope you don't mind! You just seem like such a sweet girl!" He said and tried to resist running his hand through his head feathers out on nervousness. He watched you reactions searchingly, you smiled softly at him and nodded your head.

"Well, I believe in you now. I'm surprised you are real. I really thought all my childhood heroes were fake. Wait a second… Does that mean that their all real!? Like Santa Clause, Sandman, and the Easter Bunny?!" You said to him with a childlike smile appearing on your lips. You were absolutely hoping they were! How cool would it be to think that they were real! That all the magic that you used to believe in wasn't just your parents but was actually real! You felt like you just hit the jackpot! Tooth's face grows into a wide grin and he nods vigorously.

"Yes! They're all real! I know them all personally! You should also believe in Jackie Frost, she's real too! I'm really close friends with all of them!" Tooth exclaimed with joy. You couldn't stop grinning when Tooth said they were real! You jump up and down on the backs of your feet in excitement before asking Tooth a question.

"Can I meet them!? Where are they?"

Tooth makes a thoughtful face and shakes his head, "You could meet Jackie Frost, she loves meeting new people! I'm afraid the others would be too busy with their own things but I could bring Jackie over! Oh, I'm sure that would be so much fun!" Tooth proclaimed with a delighted grin.

"Awesome!" You say with just as much excitement as Tooth. You were literally wanting to jump for joy and do a happy dance! This was incredible news! You felt like a child again with those warm cuddly feelings that the magic of the seemingly impossible brought.

"How about this? I'll come back tomorrow with Jackie Frost?"

Your smile fades a little as you remember that you're only staying here the night and leaving in the morning to go back to your own home. Tooth notices you weren't smiling as much but rather had a slightly dispirited look now. "What's wrong, (Y/n)?!" Tooth asks with concern.

"I can't. I don't actually live here. I'm just babysitting Olivia for the day and then going home tomorrow. That is unless you meet me at my house!"

Tooth grins and nods his head, "That won't be a problem at all! Maybe, you should invite Olivia over and then we could all have fun together!" Tooth said which made you nod back with your grin coming back.

"Sure, I can do that! … uh, I can give you my address if you need it."

"Don't worry! I'll find it!" Tooth flew in and placed his hand on top your head and ruffled your (h/l) (h/c) hair. You laughed and looked up at Tooth with a heartwarming smile. The Tooth Fairy had woken up that child locked away inside you once more. You didn't know how to show your gratitude to the Guardian of Memories. You just knew that you were one lucky person to get to believe in people like the Tooth Fairy and the rest of them, unlike so many adults who don't believe anymore. You never thought you would be so thankful that you forgot to place Olivia's tooth under her pillow but rather misplaced it into your pocket instead. You actually got to meet the Tooth Fairy! What a dream come true!

"Alright! I'll see you tomorrow then? I'm sure you have a lot of teeth to still collect."

Tooth nodded his head and glanced towards a window but felt a little sad at the thought about it. He knew he would see you tomorrow but for some reason he really didn't want to leave. He was just starting to get to know you and found out that he was really liking you already! It didn't help the fact that you were gorgeous beyond belief to him, especially those teeth of yours! Tooth blushed at the thought of you smiling with your teeth at him. He just wanted to pick you up and squeeze the life out of you with a hug and maybe even possibly a well placed kiss? Tooth's cheeks went even more red as he thought about it. He shouldn't think of you like he was but he couldn't help it. It was almost as bad as that time he crushed on Jackie for awhile, but now seeing you had totally changed his mind. He couldn't help it at all, he had a crush on you.  "Yes, I'll see you tomorrow, (Y/n)!" Tooth said turning to look back at you.

You smiled at him before taking a step forward and bringing him into an embrace. Tooth's magenta colored eyes broaden in shock as you placed your head onto his feathery shoulder. "Thank you so much, Tooth. I don't know how to thank you for making me believe again. I just want you to know that I appreciate it." You thanked Tooth who had wrapped his arms around your waist after a few moments. His eyes were wide before a gentle smile rose on his lips and he closed his eyes and relished in the hug that you both were sharing. A hug never felt so wonderful before. He wanted to hug you all day long!

"You're welcome, (Y/n). Thank you for believing in me again." Tooth said as he pulled back to look into your (e/c) eyes that shined so bright, they reminded him of your teeth and how they almost sparkled too from how healthy they were.

"You're welcome!" You exclaim and blush from him still having his arms placed around your waist. He seems to notice this and he awkwardly pulls away and chuckles nervously. "Tomorrow then!"

Tooth nods and then flies over towards a window, he opens it and then looks back at you with a soft sad smile, "You keep those teeth clean now! I'm sure you'll keep them as perfect as they are. Goodbye, (Y/n)!"

You smiled back at him and nodded, "I'll keep them clean, promise." You chuckled lightly before waving him a farewell, "Goodbye, Tooth."

The Tooth Fairy smiled more and waved to you before finally stepping out of the window and flying off into the air, meeting up with some of his smaller tooth fairies that were going from house to house collecting teeth for him. He brought his hands to his chest and sighed longingly as he gazed down at the house you were in. "She's so… perfect." He murmured which made some of the little tooth fairies look at each other in confusion. Tooth smiled and twirled in the air with a love struck smile plastered on his face. "At least I will see her tomorrow. Jackie is going to love her!" Tooth said and then started flying off to go to the rest of the houses he would need to go to before the night would end. He couldn't stop thinking about you the entire time he worked. All he could picture was your smile that showed your perfect teeth that warmed his fluttering heart.

D'Aaaawww, isn't he a cutie~? This little girl Olivia is totally adorable, reminds me a bit of myself when I was younger, only that I was totally excited for the Easter Bunny (which I'm still actually am ) xD

The way he tried to get my attention was just hilarious, I swear that this would be my exact reactions
Well, since I wanna know how my 'date' will be going... I'll read the next part now, it's great so far, like every other story xD

Thumbs up and a !

I wanted to make Olivia really cute! I based her name off of my pet cockatoo named Olivia. XD
So of course, I had to make really adorable~!

lol Tooth trying to do whatever he could to get Reader's attention. Banging on pans and slamming drawers. That would freak anyone out! I probably would've reacted the same. XP

Thanks for reading and the fav! Can't wait for your next review~!

Aaawww, I'd like to have a cockatoo too, but I have two cats, so... probably it's not such a good idea to get one

I wonder who wouldn't react like that, if something like that would happen? I mean, I really can't imagine anyone sitting there like 'Oh, my house is haunted, cool' and then watching TV xD Would be a burn for the poor ghost then

No Problem, I can't resist to not fav if your stories stay this good!

lol yeah cats with a cockatoo probably would not be a great idea. Cockatoos are so freaking emotionally demanding creatures let me tell you. If you don't give that bird constant attention or at least a lot of your attention they get upset. Mine actually was so upset she started plucking her own feathers out but that was when I first got her from an old lady and she was still kinda scared and stuff from the drastic change. She's better now though! ^_^

As for being haunted by the Tooth Fairy that's some scary shiz right there. lol then just sitting there and watching tv and shrugging. 'whelp darn my house is haunted…' *goes back to watching mindless tv* xD lol

Urks and then two cats to look after, hm, maybe not so a good idea in more than one way Oh well, than it's a good thing I don't have one, hehe xD

Just imagine it! I bet the tooth fairy would be more than disappointed, hell I bet she would get totally frustrated! xD Gosh, I'd love to see that, it would be so hilarious! That would be so awesome:

You're at a friend's house to make a movie night when her little sister loses a tooth and is excited for the tooth fairy to show up to get her tooth. Later the night you watch your friend a movie and you believe in the tooth fairy, so you can see her/him trying to get the attention from your friend while your friend sits there like "Hm, cool, gonna become a ghost-buster-wanna-be then". That would be so cool, I would laugh my ass off!! xD
