The fairy tale of the six swans is one of my favourites. It was written by Hans Christian Andersen and the Brother Grimm, they are simply the same, only that the girl, have in the H.C.A. version the Name 'Elisa'.I had the idea to make her look like a girl from the woods: long, curly hair, a brown, very simple dress and sitting on her tree ( a hollow tree? xD). I know i can't draw swans and the background was very hard stuff, but even if she have to solute a tragic exercise, she's lucky when her brother stay with her.
Done with watercolors!!

Oh my, how pretty.. You're great in watercoloring, how do you do that? I guess you must be very patient with the details like the eyes. This one is absolutely breath-taking

Oh, that picture took only 3 hours. But i had to throw 5 pieces of paper away. Yes, she was very hard to draw, because the color had to dry and than i could paint the skin and so on... But thank you so much!
