UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU SO CONFUSING! Okay lets see, this is a "fire" cat has a high chance of being Firestar but its a she cat maybe its related to fire and its orange so it could be Squirrelflight and a low chance of it being Sandstorm. Unless she goes all NOPE on us and it has nothing to do with that family! Which would be really cool actually.

I think that, this 'firecat' is the she-cat that is going to take care of these two, Silverfrost I think. I hate to spoil it, sorry if rude, but I am afraid that this is not Firestar. It is either long before firestar or long after it. The flame cat you see here represents the feeling the kit has in his heart at the momment, the warmth and love he felt, showing up as a fire-cat, trying to represent the smooth and strong feeling of a mother's love as Silverfrost saw these two kits as her own. So they could feel it whilst unconcious, which will wake them up in the future of thisd comics, atleast what I belive and got so far ^^ You just need to use your fantasy alot, logic doesn't touch the power of art peeps :3

I really don't want to stop the Hype train or fan speculations, but has anyone of you realised, whether this fiery cat can't be ANYONE from the series 1 to 4 (+ series 6) with logical sense?

In the prologue you see an elder lying in a hollowed tree trunk. Where do we find one like this in a ThunderClan territory?
Not in the camp around the lake what would make this comic take place a long time after the cannon series! There the elders have a own cavern.
It has to play in the old ThunderClan territory in the forest from series 1!
Since we don't see any of the charakters from the prologue in any series of Warriors it has to take place before! Even before Pinestars leadership, since none of the kits names can be found in "Bluestars Prophecy", which is the "oldest" book in the cannon timeline, that has firestar/Rusty in it!
Plus, as this Chapter is only a memory of something that happened in the past, it's even longer before!
So all the speculation about the fire cat being Firestar, Sqirrelflight or any of these are illogical, because they weren't even BORN in that time!!! Or died and in StarClan!

I think we can only find something about it in series 5!
(Which I haven't read yet, so I can't say anything about it. xD )

But this doesn't have to mean it has to be like that.
I think that it's still left to the author of a story to write it and if the autor chooses to go a way that contradicts the cannon line, then it can still be a great story!
Even if the cat turns out to be, for example, Squirrelflight (Which it most likely is, to me!) I would still accept that.
This comic is just great and I love every single page of it!

It's not Firestar. The description says it's BASED on the Warriors series. This different universe from the books, Firestar doesn't exist in this world.

I'm thinking it's Squirrelflight because her father, Firestar, is like a fire cat and also the fire cat is a she-cat. And Squirrelflight likes to take care of kits too. And most this information was from Chapter 2- 24. Squirrelflight is a great character too! (in my opinion)

Hey, it finally goes on and on, and on and on... With this comic! (sry, for the Bad joke, but your pic made me Love this Song!)

After rereading the Last Pages of Chapter 2 (espacially page 24) I think I Finally have the proof for this Cat being sqirrelflight!

This StarClan Warrior is:
-from the Original series
-a she cat (so it's obviously not firestar!)
-Ginger/orange with Emerald-Green eyes
-a caring mother
-even caring For Kits that are not her own (and making other cats doing so)
-drawn in the style Akira used in her other Squirrelflight Fanarts too!

Furthermore Squirrelflight is the only female, Ginger cat I can Remember of!
As far as I Know we had Firestar, Squirrelflight, Flametail, Jake and, I think, one of Sqirrels Dead kits!?

So it has to be her!
Am I right, Akira?
