Description
Something that isn't Soul Eater fanart for a change. XDFor the Tales of Fans Group June prompt "Draw your favorite Summon". I picked Celsius, Summon Spirit of Ice. She's not afraid to kick some ass with her own arms and legs, thus making her awesome. Yay.
I drew her in her Symphonia form since I like her short hair.
I spent longer than I should have on this. I started earlier than usual so that I'd have it done at some decent time but sigh. .____. Nope, 4 am it is. Kill meee.
EDIT [14.June.2010]: Fixed a really annoying anatomy mistake. It's still not perfect but it's a bit better than before at least. x__X

Yah she's pretty awesome. She's the only spirit who really uses any good physical attacks while still having powerful spells.

This came out looking very cool, no pun intended. Celsius is one of my favorite Summon Spirits, too, although I like Sylph best of all. Anyway, great job with the expression and pose, she looks ready to take somebody down.

One of the best battles of Tos, also my favorite summon spirit. Actually, I've fought her about an hour ago on my wii lol. I think it's great!

I must say, in ToS 2, the scene in which Tenebrae transforms into Celsius is just hilarious. That was a great moment to introduce Celsius lol.

Yay, Celsius <3 I don't like Symphonia, but I love Celsius' Symphonia version~ She looks better with short hair, I agree.
The Eternia battle with her was much more epic though, imo. More games should have summons. Haven't seen her in Legendia yet, just heard the voice.

I have to finish Legendia yet too, so I can't say much >3>;;
Eternia can be frustrating after you've played newer Tales games because of the lack of TP :/ But overall I think it's really good. Just don't forget when you're comparing games that Eternia's really old :,)

You. Are. AMAZING. D8 The background looks like it was done with pastels even though this is digital. The color palette you used always makes my think about all the different color possibilities instead of just only a few colors. Celsius is just bangin!! When you create pics like this, I just become overflown with inspiration to get better!
