Wait a second I am confused here so the girl from the album Zankyou Legion is Francheska? I thought that that girl and the girl from rusty red were two separate characters.

Yes indeed! Her name is never outright given in Seigai Melophobia (she dons the name Anastasia when she is... granted powers), but she is later confirmed to be Francheska in Soushou Crossline. Quite a radical change... then again, whether they are really the same *person* is also a good question...
