This is really good. I can just make out the pores in the skin. Top tip I learnt (yet to do tho) is that with older men's skin you can be a little more aggressive. For example in your case, to give it that extra push- get a sharp 4B and with the point make a small dot next to the already existing pores you have made (highlighted ones) this gives it the more definition and realism that you are sooooooooo close too....
