This is a tribute to the winner of the 1 Dollar Tournament:Fisticuff by [link]
Congratulations! You deserve it. The tournament was a lot of fun and I look forward to trying something like that again down the road. (Maybe Fisticuff and Agent 42X will verse each other next time!)
Over the holiday, I finally purchased a Wacom tablet for myself. I was meaning to get one for a while so I decided to finally use it with this image. When I was originally done with it, I thought that her skin looked really pale and boring, so I tried adding depth to her muscle structure using the pen and tablet. It was much easier to try something like this with a pen instead of a mouse. I played around for a while until I noticed an improvement. It's not perfect (it was my first time trying this after all), but I like the opportunities that this new tool can give me. I'll be sure to play around with it for future images.

Pencils and inks were done traditionally, but the coloring was done with Photoshop.

Okay, and is the tablet equipped with it's own screen, or does it sync with your monitor?

Real nice stuff for your first wacom attempt man, I can see an improvement already compared to your 1DF entries, so will be exciting how much further you improve with it.

Thanks, man! That shading seems to work pretty well for you! I like your clean and detailed version of her!

Not bad for a first try. You might want to try a darker or complimentary shade color (I didn't notice it until I full-sized the image), and you need to pick at least a rough light source and decide on the plains of the body's surface, but like you said, first attempt.
