Sometimes I feel like she's almost subconsciously manipulative, like she doesn't even realize she's doing it. And then, of course, she can lay it on purposely as well. (I suspect that look in the last panel, which I noticed too, is more of the latter. Hoping to manipulate her new "master". Oddly enough, under other circumstances, Skull would likely allow her to do so. In these circumstances... not so much.)

I suppose it is subconsciously manipulative, in that her beauty kind of does all the work for her, intended or not, and her mannerisms are a natural behavior that has developed over the years as a by-product of growing up with inhuman beauty. She's not even aware she's being charming anymore since she's acted this way for so long. It's simply who she is now, and that brings in a whole bunch of other problems as her behavior frequently sends mixed messages="I think she likes me" "There's definitely something between us that's special" etc etc
And yeah, she can be overtly flirtatious on purpose as well, which compounds her attractiveness a thousand fold.
