Sinulog Festival; the countryโs biggest, grandest and most anticipated festival. An annual festival held on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City, Philippines. The festival honors the child Jesus, known as the Santo Niรฑo (Holy Child), patron of the city of Cebu. It is a dance ritual that commemorates the Cebuano people's pagan origin, and their acceptance of Christianity.Joined the 2.1 million people partying on the streets of Cebu City for the very first time in my 20 (almost 21 next next week) years.
