Shima was getting interviewed by a reporter name Della regarding her bowling career. It got off to a shaky start, but we soon got to learn about Shima's start.

Della: Welcome back! Our next guest is a pro bowling star. She is one of the top 5 bowlers in the country. Please welcome "Big Mama" Shima Anderson! Shima welcome!

Shima: Thank you for having me.

Della: Have a seat.

Shima: (she sits down, but her weight bent the seat) Oh dear!

Della: Oh my.

Shima: Ah geez I'm so sorry about that.

Della: Uh its ok will take care of that. You get that seat off her butt! And for goodness sake get Miss Anderson a sturdy seat please! (seat in place) Thank you! Sorry about that.

Shima: Its fine. Oh this seat is better.

Della: So Shima you are one of the best on the PBA Tour, but some may not know how did this start?

Shima: Oh my um where to begin? Um so I had a love for bowling at a young age when I was a pup. I couldn't stop it was like love at first site. It was a simple concepted, but I soon learn there was more to it then throwing a ball.

Della: Yes passion can come from out of nowhere. Ahem now um if you don't mind me asking.

Shima: Let me guess the weight? Its cool dear I get it a lot.

Della: Ok so where that start?

Shima: Soooo um I was a very hungry pup. My mother told me I sucked her dry of milk within 2 weeks after I was born. I had 2 brothers in the litter so we already drank from bottles and I was filled within a minute on my bottle. So fast forward later on when I could eat solid food, I was eating so much! As years went by I tried to loose weight, but I was so hungry it was like I loose 2 pounds and then gain another 6 pounds. So it caught up with me and I became this that you see now.

Della: But it never stopped you from going pro?

Shima: No! See I learned overtime on how I can adapted to being obese physically and my persisted payed off when I won my first PBA title in Dallas, TX when I was a rookie. It was only my 12th event. I was in tears cause I knew I made my mark in the sport. So I started to make my name and now I'm known as the biggest bowler in PBA history.

Della: That is quite a story. Now Shima you got a unique signature move you call the "Butt Bounce" tell us where that came from?

Shima: Oh dear so I was a pretty fat young pup not to long after I started bowling. So one day we had a league and a kid next to me was about to do his shot and it seems his bowl got stuck on his fingers and it popped out of his paw. The ball went in the air and I saw it come down towards me so I just hit the deck cause I don't want to get a dam concussion! So my reaction was I spun around and had my head down and then ball ended up hitting my rear end and deflected off so hard and the spot I was in, the ball went down the lane and I ended up getting a strike. I think they said the speed was 45 to 50 MPH?

Della: Oh my goodness!

Shima: Yeah! So it was a freak accident. My butt was stiffer then I thought. So it became my move, but I learned later on that the force from a heavy ball can sure give your butt a rough bruise. So when I was a teen, I did all 12 frames with that move and got a 300 game. My butt though was so purple I couldn't sit on it for a week! I had to go to the hospital, had my butt wrapped up and had to ice it for awhile. So I limit myself on doing it only if I want to show off for my peers.

Della: Geez girl thats something. Ok last question, when did you get the nickname "Big Mama?"

Shima: So when I began going pro, I was teased for a my weight by these girls who where just young punks in the lower divisions. I was older then them and had kids by that time. Anyways I went up to them and said dear I got two daughters and a husband what do you got? So she said nothing so then I said Check out Big Mama's fanny cause she's gonna be kicking yours!

Shima and Della: "Hahaha!"

Shima: And so thats pretty much how it started cause everyone heard that comment. So everyone started calling me "Big Mama" from that day on!

Della: And you didn't mind?

Shima: Della I did not only mind, I embraced it! So my message is simple to everyone. No matter how you look, beautiful or ugly, fat or skinny, tall or short, male or female if you have a dream, go for it! Never give up on it. People ask me how do I get there? Simple, Hard Work! Takes dedication to become something much greater maybe more then you realized.
