After a decade being on hiatus, the prehistoric dinosaur truck is back in 2021, its Jurassic Attack! Debut back in 1999 this was one of the early concept trucks that fans began to love back in the 90's. Through its history it has been driven by various drivers including its original owner Don Frankish. While it wasn't known to perform at high standards, it has had rare top performances. One of them was a save in freestyle in Cardiff Wales. It won 2008 save of the year. In February of 2011, Jurassic Attack ran its final show in Edmonton, AB in Canada and Anaheim, CA before it was retired and became a ride truck. Even though it retired, fans still love the truck and Hot Wheels and Spin Masters where still selling diecast of the truck. In April of 2020, Don Frankish got a call from Full Throttle Monster an independent monster truck team in an offered to bring back Jurassic Attack and after many discussions it all came together. In 2021, after a 10 year break, the truck returned and competed on January 8th, at Salt Lake City, UT, with rookie David Olfert behind the wheel, and it is run in partnership with Team Throttle. It put on the best runs anyone ever seen in its first show back winning 2 Donut Competitions and 3 Freestyle Competitions, getting 4th place in the overall standings for the weekend. It debuted a new Robotized design. The truck also confirmed to appear in the new game Monster Jam Steel Titans 2. Now thats its back, what is next for Jurassic Attack?
