Meet Dally's canine friend from Monster Jam and Cindy's boyfriend , its Rover! Also known as Monster Mutt! He's a playful mascot who is energetic and loves to have fun. However he and Dally had a fragile friendship after the incident at the beach 3 years ago when Dally and Sassy first met and they try to out fat one another and he ended up dumping them both for a fatter gal. Since then Dally and Rover worked things out, but by then Dally was already married so she and Rover are just casual friends. He now recently started going out with Dally's daughter Cindy.

Speical Note: Rover is the only character who's facial features are NOT identical to Dally original appearance
