I got commissioned by [link] to draw Reed and Roger from Dead Rising 2.I was asked to show how they both pretty much hate each other despite the fact they work together so I decided to show them before the whole zombie outbreak taking a bow after a successful show and having their shadows show what they really feel about one another.
Anyone who is a fan of the older Mad Magazines or Sergio Argones will know where I got the shadow idea from.

No problem.
I just found it quite unique with all the sheer creativity from within.
One such example would be the shadows which hide the inner feelings of both of them toward one another when not performing together.
Overall, good painting, great setting, and adequate features.
This earns approximately 9 stars.

I haven't played the Dead Rising games yet so I had to rely on youtube videos and screen caps of the characters in order to draw them.
Did you beat the game and get the good ending?

Oh hell no, I near beating it, but these new "super zombies" are pissing me off, if they grab me I literally can't get out, and it not escape just to run away from them since they are faster than normal zombies. So, I'm having problems getting to Rebecca. And my Chuck was wearing an outfit similar to the magicians when i faced them, only diff colours.Β i448.photobucket.com/albums/qq...

Ah so they're somewhat like the Crimson Head zombies from Resident Evil but stronger?
The outfit is an Elvis Presley jumpsuit. Its the style he wore in the 1970s when he played in Las Vegas. They also gave him similar hair and sunglasses like Elvis.
The magicians outfits are making fun of the stage outfits Sigfried and Roy wore in their magic act.
Almost all the characters you meet are sort of parodies of Las Vegas acts and celebrities.

Am not sure about that, but I finally got through them, kill the military guy and saved Rebecca, thank god the gas zombies didn't tackle me while I was carrying Rebecca hehe.
and the hair and sunglasses did not come with the Elvis costume, they are separate pieces Chuck got from other stores hehe.Β
Yeah heheΒ Sigfried and Roy I also saw them in The Simpsons, and a small games called "Castle Cat 3"
Well I don't think is a parody of anyone, and speaking of Leon, someone modded the game to replace Roger and reed with Chuck and LeonΒ www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5g1pI... it looks so funny!

If you play Resident Evil on Game Cube or Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City you will fight Crimson Head zombies. Crimson Head zombies are mutated zombies that are red, strong, they breathe steam, screech like wild animals, have claws and they can run very fast. Its very difficult to deal with them when they are in a group.
You can buy Elvis wigs and his trademark sunglasses in many shops in Las Vegas
This is why I say almost everyone.

I love when they do mods like that. I wish I could find the Resident Evil 2 one I saw ages ago where they replaced all the female zombies with Sherry Birkin. So it looked like Leon was killing all these little school girls for no reason.
They also did a RE3 one where they replaced the main character with Ronald McDonald and Col. Sanders and had them killing Brad Vickers.

My favorite psycho's! "Hey, that's not magic! She's dead!" Chuck's line always gets me! And I had to resist applauding during their death scene, I was glad to see Roger was through with Reed's crap!

I had to study the cut scenes and the video of Chuck's fight with them to draw them so I kept laughing at that line whenever it came up.
I actually felt bad for Roger but at least he got to get a small piece of revenge on the guy who was making his life miserable.

They aren't so much zombie hunters as psychotics who attack you because you point out they just killed their assistant

it is. It's one of those games where you can literally make anything into a weapon, no matter how silly it seems. And in part 2, where these characters are from, the main guy can combine items to make them into super weapons

You captured their outfits well and I love how even though Roger is smiling he still looks like an intimidated wuss. Reed's hair is crazy but you drew it amazingly accurate
I wish I could be as fabulous as these two but, alas, I lack the chest hair.

The outfits and Reed's hair were the hardest part for me so I'm really happy you like them
You know, I think your plenty fabulous without the chest hair but if you really want some, you can always put glue on your chest and then rub the cat on it when he's shedding. See? Problem solved
