Description
I love Transformers but when it comes to their artwork, I tend to favor seeing them doing stuff like everyday beings rather than beating the crap out of each other, shooting lasers and endangering fleshlings. Not that there's anything wrong with that, I just like seeing characters in more everyday human situations that show their personalities. The Stunticons are quite possibly my favorite Team in the TF universe. Five complete maniacs that alone are dangerous and together nearly unstoppable and that's before they even combine into the gestalt Menasor. I thought that if these guys ever made it back home to Cybertron theyβd have to have a regular hangout. Some place to sit, unwind and break each otherβs ball bearings. At first I thought a roadhouse type bar would be good, but considering these guys are villains, I figured a Decepticon Strip Club would be more appropriate.
From front to back are:
Wildrider (The hot tempered and reckless fighter)
Drag Strip (the super competitive loudmouth)
Breakdown (The nervous paranoid who barely trusts his own team)
Motormaster (The much despised leader, bully and fuel hog)
Dead End (The manic depressive fatalist)
The Strippercon dancing in the back is called Pole Position and the female bartender is Keg-Tapper.

I'm pretty sure my mom gave it away. She did that with a bunch of my toys.
Then years later I showed her a price guide of what all of them were worth and told her thanks for throwing away my lotto ticket.

I didn't really have much choice. I spent half my time here and the other half with my grandmothers so things were lost in the shuffle.
I managed to buy back a few when the released the original G1 toys at Toys R Us years ago but I still haven't gotten all the ones I used to have.

oh i see. Hmm i think i've got about every Transformers Figure, but there's room for a few more i think? But I'm not sure I've filled up just about every inch with two of every figure, one figure is in robot mode, then got another of the same figure next to that one its its Vehicle/Dinosaur(Dinobots) mode, that and my whole room is covered in Transformers things like posters and my bed has Transformers bed sheets and everything i even got a Transformers beach towel. lol
hmm... i think i may be overdoing it with all the Transformers stuff, but I don't really care hahaha! and if anything were to happen to any of my Transformers Treasure i'd hunt that being down!

That's an insane amount of TF stuff I think including the re-issues I have maybe 8 TFs left.
I'm sort of the same way with some old toy lines. I got all the Inhumanoids toys and most of the M.A.S.K. ones. And tons of Resident Evil, Marvel Comics and GI Joe stuff

Yeah, every time a friend comes over and they haven't seen my room before their like
and i just start cracking up cause its funny, then again i bet you anyone you know would too if you spent about $100,000 or more in collceting 5years worth of Transformers things (and the amount doesn't include shipping)
I used to have older toys and I liked the ones i had but they went missing one day and no one in my house saw them again, it was like my house ate them

I get the same thing when they see my comic book collection. I literally have stacks and boxes of comics and hard cover comic book collected editions all over the place. I don't even have room in my closet because it's filled with comic book boxes.
I can't even count the amount of toys I had that went missing. One "friend" borrowed my box of GI Joes when I was a kid and then the prick moved away and took them. I had over 200 GI Joe figures mixed in with some super hero, Star Wars and others and that asshole took them.

The new Transformers series Robots in Disguise and More Than Meets the Eye from IDW are pretty awesome. In the comics the war between the Autobots and Decepticons ended and now they are trying to live together on Cybertron without killing one another and restore it.
The other comic follows a mixed group led by Hotrod and Ultra Magnus that took off into space to find the Knights of Cybertron but now they are lost after accidentally warping lightyears off course.
IDW also just started a new series that continues where the Marvel Transformers comics left off. I haven't picked that one up yet since I am still trying to collect all the original TF comic collections they release.
I will, if I ever see the prick.

I highly recommend all the IDW Transformers titles that have nothing to do with the live action movie. All of them are collected into TPBs so you can the entire run of each series in a few books.
They've also introduced some really crazy shit in the series, including TFs called Spark Eaters. They are essentially zombie transformers that feed off the sparks of others.

Yeah they have a lot of crazy stuff in the IDW TF comics but they also make some characters awesome. They have a series called Transformers Spotlight and they do a one issue story about a Transformer that doesn't usually get to star in a story.
One of my favorites is the Spotlight they did on Wheelie. They actually make Wheelie cool and live up to his role as a Survivalist. I drew a picture related to it in my gallery.

Oh, you should also look for the two big handbooks they did. They literally have most every TF character in these books with a mini bio written about them and the final issue collected in the book explains their technology and other stuff from the TF Universe.
And the other series that was amazing is All Hail Megatron. The Decepticons invade earth and literally take over the island of Manhatten and make it into their stronghold.

I get like that with some comic books. When they ruin a character I like for no reason or kill them in a stupid way I get completely insane from it.
I actually stopped reading DC Comics because they killed off so many of my favorite characters.
In the comics TFs do get killed but in a lot of cases they get brought back to life somehow or rebuilt.
Like it's part of TF history that Ironhide gets killed by Megatron like in the movie but he and everyone that was killed in the movie comes back in the comic books eventually.

wow who knew they would kill so many of our favorites?
Well then again not all my favorites are just Autobots, in fact my friend Evan asked me a weird question the other day at school saying this "If I had to choose a side between Autobots or Decepticons witch would it be?" and i'm all like "wtf?!" in my head, then i chose and he was socked. He chose that he would be with the Autobots but I chose the Decepticons, so in other words making us enimies if they were real. So what if I like Megatron more then Optimus big deal? or is it
thats true, but i still don't like it lol

I didn't know but it really pissed me off when it came to DC Comics. They wiped out most of my favorite characters from the old JLI team and it was pointless.
I'm the same way. I love bots on both sides. I actually like the Decepticons just because their team colors are cooler to me. I love the Stunticons so much that I made my race team on the game GRID Team Stunticon. My car colors are Black, Purple, White and Silver.
I know what you mean. It's still a bummer when one of your faves dies. My favorite character Wonder Man died a few times and it pissed me off each time.

Yeah, it just sucked. I really don't care for DC Comics at all anymore especially since after they killed all those characters they did a weird revamp of every character and title. They just make it hard for fans to stick with them.
If I had to be a Transformer I would love to have the same color scheme as Skywarp or Motormaster. Black and purple together just looks so cool and evil.
Yep. He dies in his first appearance, then he came back years later and died again fighting Korvac, only he and the others that were killed were brought back, and then he was killed the first issue of Force Works and he came back again years later.

wolfwrathVSmeta In reply to MJMJR [2012-06-09 00:53:06 +0000 UTC]
oh.
I'd rather be my character who i'm not sure what she is? She's like this Demon Werewolf mixed with like a Angel like Werewolf? lol I really have no idea what the hell my character is.
Sheba though has two sides, a good side then a bad side an she can change to either at will but the sides don't really change her at all. One just makes her as lovely as angel in both body and looks, with hot pink, magenta and a bit violet around the edges colored eyes that are as lovely as any sunset (so Megatron told her lol i'll get to that part later )
Then the other half she turns into this skeletal Werewolf like dragon Demon with bitch black souless bloodshot eyes that have somewhat foggy pure white pupils and is full of bloodlust, witch makes her awesome and her colors are black and whites with Yin Yang tattoos on her chest, shoulders, back and legs.
Anyway besides that, a friend of mine had asked me to do something a picture of my character with Megatron. But what Evan also wanted in that picture is Megatron also touching her witch i thought was weird and my character also isn't fond of that stuff so she then she lands a good punch on his face and making him go threw a wall when she lands that punch on his face lol so i'm working on both pictures now.
Ok thats not the point, and what i ment when I said said that Megatron tells her how lovely her eyes are is because I've been asked by others to make my character Sheba and Megatron a couple... so yeah. if you wanna know more abut that stuff feel free to ask
And how the heck is that possible?!?

MJMJR In reply to wolfwrathVSmeta [2012-06-09 03:54:33 +0000 UTC]
You're character sounds complicated. Have you ever considered maybe making more than one character that way you don't have to jam all the characteristics and powers you describe into one person?
I did that when I used to make OCs. When I put too many things into one character I would take some of the traits and give them to another character and make them sort of the partner of the other.
Wonder Man was a normal guy who was exprimented on and it made his body's cells produce a never ending supply of ionic energy. So when his physical body is destroyed his energy can reform it if he has an emotional anchor in real life and it can bring him back from death.
Basically his love for someone can make him will himself to come back to life.

wolfwrathVSmeta In reply to MJMJR [2012-06-09 05:06:34 +0000 UTC]
oh i have made at least 35 characters who are all well infoed and the other 34 are Sheba's family and 32 who had been murdered when she was 10years old in a fire and has been trying to hunt down whoever did it and yes she has a giant family lol
i've done that too, but Sheba sounds cooler when she has all those traits and Megatron agrees also
OMG!!! I wish my body was like that it'ld be Aweome!!!
sweet.

That's pretty cool.
Yeah essentially Wonder Man is immortal. He never needs to eat, drink, sleep, breathe or anything. His body is virtually invulnerable, he can fly and he's almost as strong as the Hulk.
The downside is he can still be hurt or killed if something powerful enough hits him. His powers can also get messed up and it can drive him insane.

hehe well when you get them up, let me know.
Yeah he's a pretty cool character. He started out as a bad guy and then redeemed himself and became an Avenger. Now for some reason this new writer made him a bad guy again.
The Hulk or anyone on that level. And there are things that can screw up his power like ionic powered weapons, some other ionic beings and even a powerful enough explosion. He was caught at ground zero of a Nega Bomb in space, which was powered by an entire dimension. It killed an entire solar system but he survived it. It drove him crazy and screwed up his powers for a while but he survived it.

I know, this writer that's been doing all the Avengers titles has been doing that with a lot of characters. Once he says a character is his favorite he either turns them into a bad guy or kills them. I can't wait for him to leave the titles.
Yeah Wonder Man is a pretty cool character. His best friend is the Beast from the X-Men.

The Beast is a big blue furred guy that has super human strength, speed and agility. You can see them together in this art piece I drew. [link]

He's supposed to be leaving the title at the end of the year I think.
This has been my complaint about it as well but then he comes up with some weird plot point to explain it but in some cases it still makes no sense so other writers in other series have to step in and explain it.
Like they did an entire limited series to explain why the Scarlet Witch lost her mind, killed several Avengers, wiped out most of the mutant population, warped reality for a short time and then disappeared.

Some writers are like that in comic books. They will do a run on a series and mess shit up and then not fix it. Then it becomes someone else's problem.
Like the character I love, Wonder Man, he had his own series in the 1990s but the writer sort of messed shit up before the book got cancelled and another writer had to come in and fix what was done much later in a new limited series.
