It may not look bad from a different person's point of view. But I have a feeling it started as dry skin which then lead to this. Whenever I lean on that part of the elbow, I feel like I'm pressing down on a bruise that hurts. Ouch.

I would have to lean it on a cold surface just so that it wouldn't hurt. But this is what it looks like if someone knows how this happened on my elbow.

The one that is shadowed is also red with dry skin. It tells me that I have put it in extreme conditions in the cold. But I'm mostly inside most of the time.
