"The gender binary is the classification of sex and gender into two distinct and disconnected forms of masculine and feminine. It is one general type of a gender system. It can describe a social boundary that discourages people from crossing or mixing gender roles, or from creating other third (or more) forms of gender expression altogether. actually, my friend, you're wrong. in fact, gender is both binary and non-binary! not everyone feels comfortable identifying as male or female, and if that bothers you, that's fine. just don't try to force your beliefs onto other people.

You took a picture of yourself holding a torn up piece of paper with a rather superficial statement about sexual orientation written on it in crayola marker, then layered a texture over it.
Then you submitted it to a shitton of LGBT groups knowing the social defiance starved adolescent members would instantly love anything that signaled any kind of conformity to their "Oh so rebellious" ideology.
In short, you're overrated crap is on the front page because a bunch of dimwits think it's trendy.

but you seem to be close minded about this shit. you're making assumptions about an entire AGE GROUP. i submit to groups because i'm a group whore, i'll admit to that.
i know it's no great piece of art, not even close, but i wanted to express my feelings in a photo. so sorry it displeases you. and it's not just sexual orientation, it's gender identity as well.

Huh ... well, as to the whole social aspect I might agree with you, but since I'm a biologist, I'd say that at least on a mere physiological basis, there ARE indeed only two separate genders. (Unless you count chromosomal anomalies like triple X syndrome, of course, but that hasn't really anything to do with gender, these people are sick.)

i see your point. but technically, sex and gender are too different things. sex is the biology aspect to it-- which, i can't exactly deny. and gender's the part i mean, the mindset of what you identify as. all the stereotypes and assumptions about what's between your legs makes you who you are.

Male, female, both, and none, was what I was though as "biological" genders. Mentally , meh, is silly to make every gender have a certain type of specialisation. Our brains aren't radically different. I have family women who can defeat battalions. Down with the binary, zen?
